Ruth Jacomes comes to EMCED after retiring in 2005 from Meridian Public Schools. She holds an M.Ed. degree in Learnings Disabilities and a B.S. Degree in Special Education from Mississippi State University. Ruth has MDE Certification in Computer Applications, Computer Discovery and Technology Discovery. She has 25+ years in classroom teaching experience. She served as Techonology Training Specialist at Meridian Public Schools for three years.
